Outlook 2007 - Activities not indexing all folders

I'm looking at the Activities on a certain contact. It only shows items in
Inbox and sent Items folders - can I get it to show items in other folders
as well?

right-click on the Contacts Folder, select Properties, then the Activities
tab. Select Email then Modify ...
