I am trying to install Outlook Connector (12.0.6423.100) for my Mum on our
new PC to use with a @hotmail.com account.
I am having following issue, it wants to stop a service, but then fails.
When I clicked Cancel, I was eventually presented with an error code and
message - Error 1921 Service Windows Search Could Not Be Stopped...
Does anyone have any idea what this means, and how I can resolve it?
Any help is appreciated.
