Outlook 2007-Can't click url links

Hi,
I've tried some solutions already listed, to no avail.
I get an error when clicking on a url link in an email, saying "General
failure. The URL was http://... Application not found."
Did not have this problem in Outlook 2002.
What do I need to install/change?
