Outlook 2007 contact pick

The issue is that not all of my contacts in the contact list are
visible to an outgoing email when I enter in the to field. When I ask
it to show me the address book, they are missing but if I go to
contacts they are there. Again it is only on certain ones which
drives one more crazy than if it was all. Help!

Contacts will appear in the Outlook Address Book if they have a valid,
resolved electronic address and reside in a folder you have enabled to be
displayed in the address book view. Accordingly, one of those conditions is
not true for the Contacts that are missing from that view. Only you can
figure out which condition is not true and why that is.
