Hi Gang
I want to create a meeting with say 15 people. They are all very
busy. I would like Outlook to tell me when the next available hour
would be with all these people. Is there a faster way to do this
other than scrolling through the days and manually looking for a spot
in the Scheduling Assistant? Surely Outlook is smart enough to query
and automatically tell me when the next available free spot is.
Does anyone know how I can do this?
