1. When trying to print on Letter size with Phone Directory Style a
get a general Error message that Outlook needs to close ... but the
printing proceeds. I have to restart Outlook. Preventable?
2. Is there a way to select which pages to print, because some pages
need to be reprinted due to a printer jam. The Print window does not
give me that choice.
