Outlook 2007 regsvr32 vbscript.dll error

After installing Outlook 2007 on a Vista workstation, I tried to setup
Outlook and I got a vbscript.dll error. I said to run regsvr32.exe
VBscript.dll to correct the error. I did and restarted my workstation
and got the same error. Can anyone help.
