Outlook 2007 Text account?

I've set up my account for text messages and the test message gets sent to my
phone just fine. But when I go to tools, options, mobile notifications and
check the forward box and click ok, I get an error that says the phone number
is not recognized. I wish there was more documentation on this subject.
