Outlook 2007 to Entourage 2008 (Mac)

I have been using Office 2007 on my Mac via VMware Fusion. Now I would
like to go to Office 2008 for the Mac. My concern is making sure all my
Outlook folders and 'stuff' can get imported into Entourage.

Will I be able to get my personal folders and such imported directly
into Entourage? What are the steps? Or is there another method?
