Outlook 2007 + Vista Business Problems

Hello,

I am having some troubles with my one Vista Machine on my network. It can
send emails without a problem at all but it takes about one (1) hour to
download 20KB of email. I have gone through some fixes on this already but
the problem has come back. Can anyone help me?

It is a Dell XPS M1710 running Vista Business (Why will Dell not offer XP !!!)
Office 2007 Professional with full updates.

I'm pretty sure that you can get XP on Dells if you want it.

why is outlook 2007 on xp pc, shuting down after linking with Dell laptop on
Vista with new email address. this is a persistantly recurring issue that
prevents me from using outlook. Please Help. Regards, Old Joe.
