I purchased Microsoft Standard Office 2007 on December 17, 2007. My support
for the product expired 3/16/08. When I click on the Outlook icon, I get the
hourglass sign for a few seconds and then nothing happens. The reason I
bought this software was my Iphone needed to use it for my emails. Now I
have an expensive phone and expensive software that I can't use with my
phone. Please help. I thought my installation might be corrupt, so I
downloaded the trial version. When the splash screen opens on the trial
version, it closes and I get the message setup did not properly install.
