Going to assume that you are referring to importing a native Access '2007
file with an .accdb extension. The answer is that you don't. Outlook '2007
(without BCM) only supports '97-'2003 mdb file types (unless I've missed
something somewhere along the line in which case I'll stand corrected). If
memory serves, Outlook '2007 with BCM which uses a different import/export
wizard does support .accdb files.

Your only options are to create a supported .mdb file and copy your data to
it or export your data to a .CSV file (or other Outlook import supported
file) and import it.

Thanks for reminding me about that, Karl. I was assuming that the poster hadn't located the right command in Outlook and forgot about the prep work that needs to happen before that step.
