Outlook 2K Sending Error

Would appreciate assistance in downloading Outlook 2002
Post-Service Pack 2 Hotfix Package dated September 5,
2003 (827149) as a solution to problem identified in KB
827349.

As stated in the MSKB article #827149, you should call Microsoft Product
Support Services and tell them you need that specific hotfix. They
shouldn't charge you for the call if that's all you ask for. The article
contains a link to the PSS contact numbers.
