You want Paul's Export-Import Entourage X 1.3.1
You can do a search for it here:

I'm afraid not, Walt, though thanks for the plug. Export-Import won't work
with Outlook Express, or not in any significant way.
What I would first do is a Complex Rebuild of the database in OE 5. (Hold
down Option key at launch, click No to Compact , then Yes to Complex
Rebuild.) Then import again from Entourage 2004, perhaps deleting messages
and contacts previously imported first, to avoid duplicates.
If that's no better, you can:
Make some new Finder folders on your desktop.
1) Export messages from OE by selecting all messages (or whichever were
skipped) in OE mail folders and dragging them to a Finder folder on your
desktop where they'll become .eml files. Don't drag more than about 500, or
1000, at a time or you'll lose some. (You can select 500-1000 by
shift-clicking top and bottom messages in an OE mail folder to select all
in between.)
2) Then import 500-1000 .eml files at a time into an Entourage X mail folder
where they'll become messages again. Don't bother with Received column -
they'll have the same date (when you imported). But Sent column will be
correct. Sent messages will look more like Received messages, but that
doesn't matter. (And replying top a received message will shoe the default
account - you can switch it to another if you wish.)
3) In OE, go to File/Export Contacts to quickly export all contacts to a tab
text file. In Entourage, go to File/Import/Contacts from a text file and
import them. Virtually all the fields will match up automatically, or
adjust. That's it. This works fine.
There are no "files" in OE.
