Outlook 97 to Outlook 2003

I have a desk top with Windows 98 and Outlook 97 My new Lap top is Windows XP
Pro and Outlook 2003. How do I move Info from Desktop to Laptop? I have CD
burner on both.

The file you need to migrate is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
