Outlook 98 (5.5 users) can not see free & busy schedule of E2k users

We are currently on mixed mode. Some users are still on
NT4.0 with Outlook 98 while the rest of users are on
Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2002.
Outlook 98 can not see Outlook 2002 free & busy
schedule. Outlook 2002 users can see everyones free &
busy schedule.
Already checked the e2K server that houses Free and Busy
system folder. client permission on folder is Editor. I
am not sure if fix is on server or on client side.
Can anyone give any resolution or a clue?
