Outlook 98 & Exchange 2003

Currently we have 2 exchange servers 5.5 and 2003. Both
are in use and connected until we migrate off of the 5.5
box. When I create a new user in 2003 my outlook 98
clients cannot see them on the Global Address List - win2k
and w2k3 clients don't have a problem. Is there a fix or
patch anyone knows about for this problem? Or a
cnfiguration setting that I've missed?
