Supposedly in Outlook 98 when an invitation is sent to
users for a meeting you can reply as ACCEPT , TENTATIVE,
or DECLINE. If you ACCEPT you can choose whether to SEND
A RESPONSE, EDIT A RESPONSE, or NOT TO RESPOND. If you
select NOT TO RESPOND it would still show as ACCEPTED in
the Owner of the meeting calendar for an accurate head
count.
However, in Outlook XP, it only displays as NONE to the
status of the user rather than saying ACCEPTED.
Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks. Kevin
