Outlook 98 wont load on Win XP

I have been running Outlook 98 with Win 98 and things
were going fine. I recently upgraded to Win XP Home Ed.
now my Out look does not work. I get a message that
says "Cannot start Outlook. A required component is
missing OMINT.DLL. Install Outlook again. I have done
this several times with no success. Any suggestions will
be greatly appreciated.
