I am using outlook XP and have it configured to use Word to edit messages.
If i create a message with single blank lines between paragraphs and then
send the file the recipient gets a file with three lines between paragraphs
as in the example below.
How do i stop it doing that?
Thanks

Subject: [FR] Merddin News and the Planer
I was given to understand that the planer was installed in the first
instance to build Merddin Emrys which puts it at a couple of years before
1879.
Until recently it was doing its original job as it was used to plane the
frames of F bogie [first of Merddin's new bogies] to thickness. Its days may
be numbered as far as its original tasks are concerned. Planing a set of
frames is about 2 weeks machining for a machinist and pretty mind numbing
stuff it is too. Searching for time/cost savings in building G bogie [for
the other end of Merddin] we have sent the frames to be surface ground at
£95 a frame plus transport. That's about £400 instead if £2000 and a flat
finish.
For another bit of Merddin news you might like to have a look at the web
site on this page
