Outlook Address Book

I reinstalled XP and tried to import my contacts from a CD. My contacts are
in the contacts folder, but when I try to go into Address Book, I get a
message that says the file has been moved.

How do I reset this and import my Contacts to an Address Book?

If you right click on your current address book, choose Properties and go to
the Outlook Address Book tab, is the "Show this folder as an address book"
box checked?
