It does. Just right click and choose Add to Address Book.

O2003 Not Responding
However O2003 still bombs briefly (not repsonding) when you secondary (right)
click on someones incomming email to add them to your contact list. Or if you
simply want to copy their email address, it doesn't respond and seems to
reset the pop-up menu. Very frustrating. Other version didn't do this. O2003
has some nice new features, but still needs majorly refined.
