Outlook (all versions) - Rule error

When opening Outlook, I get a rules error. This happens
no matter what version I try or what computer I try it on.

The exact error is: Server-Requested Client Action
MoveCopy, Unable to create dest msg. It only happens
once, when I first open Outlook and once I close the
error message I have no other problems until the next
time I have to open Outlook.

I have tried deleting and recreating all of the rules.

Any help would be appreciated.
