Outlook always asking for Data1.msi

Hi,

I have a user that was upgraded from Outlook 97/98 to
Outlook 2000 stand alone version. Then, he was upgraded
to Office 2000. Outlook still thinks is the stand alone
version. We can't unistall it thru the add remove
program. (The user has a Windows 98 station)
Is there a way to manually uninstall Outlook (we tried
installing and uninstalling Office 2000 but didn't work)
Any help will be appreciate it.
