Outlook, and Cisco vpn client stateful firewall problem

We use Outlook 2000.
The clients experiencing the problem are Windows NT, XP,
and 2000.
I thought I read something about Exchange sending RPC info
to Outlook on the workstation, but the firewall picks it
off.
