How can I preven MS Outlook 2000 from "caching" the whole IMAP Mailbox
located on a server on the local hard disk (profile directory)?
This kind of sucks since the IMAP mail folder is about 1,7Gb big and
there is no need loading the whole .pst file from the hard-drive when
starting Outlook2k.
