Hi there,

I've just upgraded to Office XP. After setting up the e-
mail account with my existing ISP, I performed a Send /
Receive. Once all my e-mails were downloaded, the internet
suddenly disconnected. I had no web pages open at the time.

I know this is simple but I cannot determine the cause and
hence the solution. Any help would be appreciated.

Tools-Options-Mail setup and uncheck the "Hang up when finished with a
Manual Send/Receive"
