Outlook and OWA fullname field

Hi,
whenever a user creates a contact in OWA it appears as firstname lastname in
the full name field in Outlook, even though it's configured to show as
lastname and firstname in the Outlook options. How can I force the contacts
created by OWA to have lastname firstname in the full name field.

OWA is an Exchange app. You'll need to ask in an Exchange group.
