I have posted this in exchange2000 groups and it was suggested that I try
here instead.
I admin a small school network of about 30 workstations using SBS2000 as
our server. All the pupils in the school have a mandatory login profile
which makes life simple for us as all the children have the same settings
each time they login.
The problem is with the use of outlook and the mailbox. I assume that a
users mailbox setting is stored as part of the logon profile so each time a
pupil wishes to use outlook they:
1. right click the outlook icon on the desktop, select properties
2. find their mailbox using their own name
3. click OK (more than once)
4. run outlook
Is there a simple way around this. Can I alter the login script to amend
the registry (I have kix32 if that helps).
Thanks
