I'm using Office XP and Outlook 2002 where I use Word as my e-mail
editor. I am having problems in that I like to conform to corporate
standards for e-mail using Arial as the main font whereas in word docs
it is Times New Roman. When I create a new message it seems to use
Word's normal.dot as the template but overrides the normal style with
Arial as the font as directed to by Outlook's Stationery properties.
That is fine but as soon as I use a bullet it reverts to Times New
Roman and it is really annoying getting it back to Arial. Is there any
way I can get it to use a different Word template (eg EMail.dot) when
I create a new e-mail?
Thanks
