Outlook and XP

I installed windows XP, and now I can't open Outlook. It
attempts to install outlook everytime I open it, but it
can't install from the CD because the installation
program recognizes it is installed already. What do I do?

can you uninstall it? Try that first, then do a reinstall. That should work

Did it, and still will not open. I am told it needs to
reinstall Outlook because of a missing OMI9.DLL file
