outlook automatically deleting emails

I have a user that outlook is deleting emails upon
receiving them. He has no rules setup.

Could his "Delivery" point have been changed to a pst
somewhere?

Maybe he has a "filter view" set?

I am having that problem as well. email is on a windows 2000 server w/ exchange 2000. nothing i have tried has helped

Hello Group,

Having a bit of a problem with my PC.

It freezes on a continuous basis, but the funny thing is that after booting
up I loose e-mails in the Inbox, and when I reply, these disappear from the
Sent Items box after a re-boot. At one stage I lost a whole chunk of
e-mails (about a year's worth) from the Sent Items box. Once I lost about
15 e-mails I had just downloaded.

My version of Outlook Express is 6.

HELP!
