Outlook backward compatability?

hector

I have been tasked with creating an Outlook folder on my home computer to be
transfered via cd to another computer.
I am using office 2007 Pro, other end is using Office 2003 Pro, both on XP.
I have already created folder on my computer.
What I wanted to know is:
Can this be done? Going from '07 to '03
Will I need to change extentions? I know that other office '07 programs
changed file extentions.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Both Outlook 2003 and 2007 use the same format for its files.
