Outlook - BCM 2007 - Appointment Display incomplete.

When I create an appointment, and specify a date and time on which it falls,
the appointment is displayed in the To-Do Bar/Calendar column in full.
Unfortunately, when the appointment is about 1 week away the display fails
to show the date.
Am I missing something in the configuration somewhere?

Can anyone help please?
