Outlook Biz Cont Mgr error msg

"Custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an
outlook form instead. The form required to view this
message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator"

When I hit OK, I get the "array index out of bounds"....

Then a screen comes up that looks different from the
previous "custom" screen... Occasionally when this
happens, I cannot save and close the screen, as "this
function is not available" ....

How can I easily reset the configuration of the screens
to the "original" look, feel and function?

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
