Outlook Browser

When my e-mail is brought into Outlook from my ISP and
opened in Outlook XP (with windows XP) and I click on an
e-mail link inside a message, I am redirected to
a "Locate Link Browser" window instead of the internet.
This window shows "My documents" folder open. My only
idea has been to go up into My Computer and click on my
blue e Internet Browser icon and then I get the
message "Outlook cannot start the web browser, it may
installed improperly..."

Does anyone know how to fix this problem
