Outlook Business Contact Manager

I have become totally reliant on business contact manager for Outlook,
however I want to switch to a Mac, have the same capabilities and use
Entourage. Does anybody have any suggestions for me? Is this possible?

I'm looking at some of the information about BCM on Microsoft's web site.
Some of the things they talk about can be done in Entourage, others cannot.
What features, specifically, do you use?
