Outlook Calander with multiple users

I have outlook 2000 on a terminal server for our office. Can the calander be setup so that 20 different users can create their own schedules/to do lists and if user1 wanted to see the schedule of user2 they could look at it? And what about if I wanted to review all schedules on one calander

In each of our offices our managers write on a dry erase board what their schedule is for the day. We'd like to move it to the computer so that when I am in a different office I can quickly look at one of my managers schedules to see where they're at. I'd also like to be able to print out each managers schedules each week for purposes of time tracking. Can outlook 2000 be setup for all this
