Outlook Calendar Help

We are having issues with the following scenarios so, if anyone has seen this
and has a fix, please chime in…

One End-user has Outlook2003 the other has Outlook2007. When the OL2007
person schedules a Resource (conference room), another OL2007 user cannot see
it, but the OL2003 person can.

OR

The OL2003 person can’t book a Resource because the Resource says that there
is something already booked…they can see the time if filled, but can’t get it
to refresh to see who has it.

Any thoughts?

I have had them both refresh their free busy time and also have them change
their published free busy time to 12 months as opposed to 2 months.
