outlook cannot find word

mrbezo

When I try to compose a new email message, I get this message:
"This form requires Word as your e-mail editor but Word is either busy or
cannot be found. The form will be opened in the Outlook Editor instead."
I have tried the recommended fix at
"http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=319796" to no avail.
I am running 2002 versions of both Word and Outlook which were installed
from the same XP Professional w/ Frontpage disk, so I can't imagine it's an
incompatibility problem.
Any ideas?

Have you installed the service packs for Office? (BTW - Office XP
Professional with Front Page is an enterprise, volume license only version
of Office - you might want to purchase a retail version unless this was
supplied to you by your employer).
