platform Win XP. a black screen flashes on for a second or two whenever I
open or close Outlook. Opening Outlook 2003 also changes all windows'
colours and appearance. used the original MS Office Small Business Edition
2003 disc to repair - no difference. I'm afraid to try uninstalling and
re-installing Outlook. the theme settings in Windows has not altered - just
the results - only this week: succesfully operated for 18 months.
