I have an XP machine running Outlook 2000, all the latest
patches and service packs. When the user clicks on the
address book to look for a contact Outlook keeps closing
down with no error message. You can manually type the
address in with no problems. If I delete the users
NTUSER.dat and recreate it, Outlook will work fine for a
little while then start closing again. Strange thing is,
this computer is the exact same configuration as 15 others
in that office, nobody else has this problem. Any ideas?
