With privacy laws as they are I would like to give users a freedom to set up
their own password to the outlook pst file.
However if I want to set up a new user profile or modify settings for the
user I need the password to attach to (not read) the pst data file.
It would be helpful if the outlook setup area (mail) could allow one to
connect to a password protected pst file without needing password. Obviously
I would want the user to still need to enter their password to access the
data contained within the pst file.
