Outlook Connector for Outlook Live will only intermittently
send/receive mail from my Hotmail account into my Outlook 2003. The
two times I can get this to work successfully are right after I install
Outlook Connector and right after I send and e-mail from my Hotmail
account withing Outlook. All other times, I see the following error
messsage in the "Detailed Report" from the "Server Status" in Outlook
below. FYI, it will always download my Contacts.

Unable To Get Safe List

I have no items in my Hotmail safe list, so I am confused about the
error message. I have verified on the Microsoft Member Center site
that I have an Outlook Live subscription. I am running the latest
version of Outlook Connector, 1.5.6232.0. I am also running the
version of Outlook 2003 that comes with the Outlook Live subscription,
11.6359.6360 SP1. From home, with the above configuration and Windows
XP SP2, I am able to use all aspects of Outlook Live successfully.
Outlook. I suppose it's not the exact same configuration at work. I
also have a Microsoft Exchange account in my profile at work.
I have been working with Microsoft Support to no avail. They have
suggested the following, and nothing has worked:
1) Create a new profile
2) Rename a bunch of cache files as .old
3) Disable any anti-virus
4) Start in safe mode
5) Start in diagnostic startup
6) Create a new user account
Any suggestions are appreciated.
