Outlook Contact - Email Address

Can you set a preference to display contact email addresses with just the
name only and not the email address?

No. You can only change the Email Display As field manually.

That's too bad. Do you know if there are any plans to add such a feature in
the future? It sure would be helpful.

Hasn't changed in 12 years. I wouldn't expect it to. There is no need for
the feature.
