Outlook contact folders

Hi, i have my contacts within outlook split into sub folders under the
Contacts fo9lder. Is there a way to make these available when I create an
email and click on the To: address book. All I get is the few contacts that
I have in the contacts folder

Enable each folder as an email address book in its properties (look under
the Outlook Address Book tab).
