I work for a small sales company inside of a 300 person
bank. Everyone at the bank uses Outlook. We (small
sales company) currently have 5 users of ACT!
Any user of outlook in the bank can see & schedule
appointments for us and they show up in ACT! Lately ACT!
has had problems talking with Outlook. (missed
appointments ect)
Outlook is used as email reader, internal calander, on a
2003 exchange server for 300 employees.
Act! currectly had 5 databases/users with 2400 records
that sync with each other. We are forced to Sync because
ACT runs like crap over even a T1 line.
If Outlook were to be as Sales & user friendly as ACT! We
would switch, Will Outlook run like normal Outlook, is
there a virtual tour or something to look at Outlook with
CM
