Outlook Contacts do not show up

I use Outlook XP, also known as Outlook 2002. First off
when I go to my contacts they are all there. The problem
is when I am typing an e-mail and I hit the "TO" button
in the e-mail. Then it can not find my contacts. Any idea
what has caused this.

Please let me know
