Outlook Contacts out of Date

Does anyone know of a tool that will resolve items in a users contact folder
from the GAL and update the information? I have a guy with like 500 contacts
and a lot are stored only as SMTP addresses , not selected from the GAL
origionally. He need to update them from the Exchage GAL.
