OUtlook Contacts transfer

I'm trying to move my Outlook Contacts from my PC to a
laptop. Both have 2003. I'm using a CD-RW. The
contacts seem to export properly onto the CD, but when I
move the CD to my laptop's disc drive and try to import
them to the laptop, I receive a "permission denied" kind
of message. Something about not having permission to
perform this....

Any help?

You need to remove the Read Only tag, do this by right clicking the File
choosing Properties and unchecking the Read Only Attribute
